Hi! I’m Casey and I love everything to do with food. The sweet, the savory. I love finding new ways to use all natural ingredients to make something truly delicious. Up until recently, I had gone my entire life not really caring about what I was putting into my body. Always getting sick, feeling compromised. I read a lot about wheat and it’s effects on the immune system, and I wondered if that had anything to do with the amount of times I was getting sick! So, I began an experiment to see if it made any difference. Alas, I discontinued my consumption of wheat and hadn’t gotten sick in 4 months! (This was truly record breaking for me). I also found that my body was using energy more efficiently and I was listening to what it was asking for.
So here we are, and I am on a mission: to find delicious gluten free recipes that show the world that you absolutely do not have to sacrifice taste when choosing a gluten free option. Welcome!
